Her neighbour, Geir Olav, had spent years in product development and had a habit of asking the question nobody else was asking: why does this problem still exist? They started researching together. What they found was that scalp buildup accumulates inside the follicle in a way that no shampoo can fully address. The solution was not chemical. It was physical. Extraction before anything else. Step Zero. Together with a small group of people they trust, they built Celavon, a Norwegian team spread across Europe, working on something they believe is genuinely missing from how people care for their hair.

The goal was never to add another product to an already crowded shelf. The goal is to solve the problem properly and eventually build the place people come when their scalp is the thing standing between them and the hair they deserve. Dandruff is not a personality flaw.
