Thank you for shopping with Celavon. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, shipping costs, and related matters.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Carrier

  • We primarily ship using DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

  • In some cases, we may use other carriers (such as UPS, DPD, or local postal services) if it results in faster or more cost-effective delivery.


3. Shipping Rates

  • All Orders: We offer Free Shipping for all orders.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees for destinations outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within EU: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

  • Outside EU: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.


6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from customs, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
