Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship using DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

In some cases, we may use other carriers (such as UPS, DPD, or local postal services) if it results in faster or more cost-effective delivery.
3. Shipping Rates

All Orders: We offer Free Shipping for all orders.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees for destinations outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Within EU: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from customs, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
